Term and Conditions

Mandatory for All Users (Individual & Institutional)

By clicking "I ACCEPT" and accessing the study materials on Skillupzone Ltd platform, you (the "User") enter into a legally binding agreement. You acknowledge that your access is granted either through a direct personal purchase or via a license paid for by a Training Centre. In either case, you agree to the following:

1. The "View-Only" Strict Restriction

Digital Environment: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view materials on this platform.

No Reproduction: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, saving, printing, screenshotting, or using screen-recording software.

Security Monitoring: You acknowledge that Skillupzone Ltd tracks IP addresses, device IDs, and viewing patterns. Any attempt to bypass "View-Only" security will be flagged automatically.

2. Three-Month Access Period

Duration: Your access is valid for exactly three (3) months from the date of your first login/activation.

Expiration: After three (3) months, your access will automatically expire. If you are a student of a Training Centre, any extension must be coordinated through your institution.

3. Academic Integrity & Conduct

Personal Use Only: These materials are for your individual study. Sharing your login credentials with other students—even those in your same class—is a breach of these terms.

Anti-Cheating: You agree not to use these materials to facilitate academic dishonesty.

4. Legal Consequences & Prosecution

Skillupzone Ltd protects its intellectual property aggressively. In the event of a breach (e.g., sharing materials or using without license):

Immediate Ban and Reporting: Any attempt to copy, screenshot, screen-record, or share credentials constitutes a theft of Intellectual Property and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without a refund. A formal misconduct report, including digital evidence and watermarked data, will be sent to your Training Centre’s administration, which may lead to your immediate expulsion from their program and the total forfeiture of any tuition fees paid. Furthermore, Skillupzone Ltd reserves the right to report such breaches to relevant industry bodies, which may result in you being barred from future professional certifications.

Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate civil litigation for damages and criminal prosecution for copyright theft.

5. Data Consent

You consent to the collection of your usage data for the purposes of security, platform optimisation, and (if applicable) reporting your progress to your sponsoring Training Centre.
